What we collect

Profile details a family enters (name, date of birth, mool, gotra, family, education, work, preferences), contact details, photos, and usage data needed to run matching and keep the service safe.

Who can see what

• Other members see a limited card: first name, age, city, education, occupation, mool and gotra.
• Surname, photo and contact details are shown only after both families accept a match.
• Partner Panjikars see only the details needed for a Siddhant you request.
• Profiles and Panji trees are never public and are blocked from search engines.

How we protect it

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level database security, private storage for photos with short-lived links, staff access logged in an audit trail, and no selling of data to anyone.

Your rights

You can download your data or delete your profile at any time from My account. For anything else, write to namaskar@7phere.in. Grievance officer: [NAME, EMAIL].

Bio-data uploads

An uploaded bio-data file is read once to fill the form and is not stored.

Email and WhatsApp

We send account emails needed for the service. Updates and newsletters are sent only with consent and every email has an unsubscribe link. WhatsApp messages are sent only if you opt in.
